EnactAI is a transnational collaboration between five organisations from four European countries. Each partner brings complementary expertise in non-formal education, digital literacy, youth participation, democracy education, and policy advocacy. Together, they form a consortium capable of delivering meaningful, lasting impact — and connected to extensive networks at local, national, and European level.

BGZ — Lead Partner  —  Germany 🇩🇪

BGZ (Berliner Gesellschaft
für internationale Zusammenarbeit) is the coordinating partner of EnactAI. Based in Berlin, BGZ is an experienced organisation specialising in international cooperation and European-funded projects. BGZ connects public institutions, industry, and education to deliver impactful initiatives. With extensive expertise in project coordination and consortium management, BGZ ensures high-quality implementation across all project phases. Its work addresses key challenges such as sustainability, digital transformation, and social innovation.

CTK  —  Croatia 🇭🇷

CTK (Centar tehničke kulture Rijeka) is the Croatian partner, based in Rijeka. CTK is a non-profit organisation established in 1993, dedicated to promoting technical culture, digital literacy, and STEM education. The organisation provides educational programmes for children, youth, and adults, ranging from basic digital skills to advanced training in IT, robotics, and innovation. CTK Rijeka places a strong emphasis on social inclusion and equal access to learning opportunities, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups. Through local and international projects, it actively fosters creativity, critical thinking, and community development through technology and education.

EOS —  Romania 🇷🇴

EOS (Fundatia EOS pentru Educatie Digitala) is the Romanian partner, based in Timisoara. EOS is a Romanian non-profit organisation founded in 1999, dedicated to reducing the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion. The organisation develops and implements projects in digital education, focusing on training teachers, students, and disadvantaged communities in the use of new technologies. With extensive experience in national and European initiatives, EOS supports the development of digital skills and lifelong learning across Romania. Its work contributes to building a more inclusive information society and improving access to opportunities in the digital economy. EOS specialises in digital education, youth empowerment, and Erasmus+ project development. EOS is a member of the Romanian Coalition for Digital Education, embedding project results into the national digital education landscape.

FJS  —  Germany 🇩🇪

FJS (Helliwood Fördervereins für Jugend und Sozialarbeit e.V.) is the second German partner in the EnactAI consortium. Is a non-profit organisation specialising in digital education, media literacy, and innovative learning solutions. As part of the Förderverein für Jugend und Sozialarbeit (fjs e.V.), it combines the expertise of a social organisation with the capabilities of a digital media agency to develop practical, future-oriented educational programmes. The organisation designs and implements projects that promote digital skills, STEM education, and the responsible use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Through research, training, and hands-on learning formats, Helliwood supports educators, young people, and institutions in adapting to the demands of a digital society.

DZW  —  Austria 🇦🇹

DZW (Demokratiezentrum Wien) is the Austrian partner in the EnactAI consortium. Based in Vienna, DZW is an independent Austrian research institution specialising in democracy research and civic education. Founded in 2000, it operates at the intersection of science, education, and public engagement, promoting informed democratic participation. Its work combines empirical and theoretical research with innovative educational formats addressing topics such as participation, digital citizenship, and sustainable development. Through its projects and public dialogue activities, the organisation fosters critical thinking and strengthens democratic awareness across diverse target groups.
